They control hunger, but at night I found myself eating a big meal. I have only lost 1kg after 1 month. I have curved my cravings for sugar.

I have been getting the cookies now for over a month and I must say they work fantastic. I had an issue with a shortage in one of my packets and it was handled very well by the customer service dept. Love this diet. Super easy. I lost 16kg in 14 weeks last year and went back on the cookie diet again 3 weeks ago and I’ve lost 5.5kg so far. Under $6 per day for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and after dinner snack. Saving heaps on the weekly grocery shop by only buying dinners. Highly recommend

Been on the cookie diet for 2 weeks lost 5kg 1st week, 2kg 2nd week.Stick to the plan of eating cookies every 2 hours.Found that the Cole’s food magazine have good recipes with calorie counts and thier soup is also good.Tried a lot of different diets over the years to no avail.Also using the Easy diet diary App input what you want to eat it counts the calories.P.S still having the odd beer😊

I had tried every diet under the sun from intermittent fasting, meal replacement shakes, impromy, but no results ever lasted long term. I came across the cookie diet after an ad on Facebook. I was willing to give it a try just for 1 month initially to see if I lost anything. Since then I haven’t looked back. I am now 25kg lighter and am starting to like myself. I have another 10kg to go but I’m feeling confident that I will succeed. The cookies for me were so easy and convenient due to my busy work schedule. With my one meal for the day I learnt the importance of portion sizes, drinking plenty of water, and making smarter food choices.

These cookies taste great and are super filling! When I needed a push start to loosing weight I turned to Dr Siegal’s cookie diet. I had a great start. 15 kilos lost. My doctor was very happy with the results!Thank you Dr Siegal.

I was surprised at how effective and easy this diet was. Great customer support, very helpful. Also the CookieClub group on Facebook was great to see other people’s experience, it’s a good community – really encouraging. Cookies taste great, curb hunger and helps take the out all thinking involved in being on a diet.

I really enjoyed the cookie diet. Hardest thing for me is sticking to a diet, but this program is super easy to stick to as I just take my cookie bag with me and that takes care of all my meals till dinner. Because it’s so easy to stick to, and they actually control my hunger I get results much quicker than on other diets where I fall off the wagan. Cookies taste great, I always get the 2 month variety pack so I get a mix of flavours. I also joined the CookieClub on FB which has 1000s of Aussies doing the diet and sharing their experience. This really helps as I ask questions and get answers from real customers. Always have great customer service, they really care and want you to achieve your goals. Always ready to go above and beyond to make look after me. Really recommend this for mums trying to lose their baby weight and don’t have alot of time to prepare meals or work out daily.

I don’t usually leave reviews but for this I had to.Best thing about the cookie diet is the convenience. Just pop the cookies in my bag and I’m set for the day, don’t have to worry about planning meals, calorie counting, making up shakes, microwaving or refrigerating food. It’s fantastic! And better yet it actually works! The cookies taste great and keep me feeling full till my dinner meal, which is a very generous 500-700 calories. Highly recommend this for busy people looking to lose a few kilos without the hassle of planing, and you don’t even feel like you’re on a diet! Love all the flavours, I always buy the 2 month variety pack so I can have different flavours everyday, but my fave is Maple Pancakes!

Amazing product! We bought the 2 month variety pack, which was great as we got to try all the flavors. They all taste great! Great value for money, it’s cheaper to be on the diet than off the diet. I’m not a fan of “fad diets.” They either don’t work, or else they’re unbalanced or unsustainable.The Cookie Diet is none of those things.Delicious, nutritious, sustainable…And it works. It just works.A word to the morbidly obese: gastric bypass is for chumps. Avoid the hospital bed, eat some cookies instead.

Was quite sceptical at first, but in a short time, I managed to reach my goal of losing 4-5kg on this Cookie Diet. No preparation, easy to store at work, in the car and on the go which suits my busy lifestyle perfectly. Tried 3 flavours so far and all have been so tasty! I definitely do recommend 👍

I have tried the One Month Variety Pack which gives you 4 flavours. Butterscotch and cinnamon were my favourites. It helps me a lot while Im a work and always craving for food. I highly recommend those to people that always eat between meals and that can put on weight easily. They really control your hunger!
