We do not offer refunds for change of mind, individual tastes or dietary requirements, finding a similar product cheaper elsewhere, or ordering the incorrect product. Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible to make a claim under this guarantee, you must:

• complete the Cookie Diet program for 30 consecutive days in accordance with the program directions;
• keep a daily written log for all 30 days recording the date, the number of Cookie Diet cookies eaten, and the dinner meal eaten each day;
• record your starting weight and starting body measurements before Day 1;
• record your final weight and final body measurements after Day 30, using the same measurement points;
• provide a copy of the completed daily log and your starting and final weight and measurement records with your claim; and
• ship all remaining Cookie Diet product back to us.

Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions. Claims that do not include the required records and the remaining product may not qualify for the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
